Alea A. Kleinhammer
Chief financial officer
Ms. Kleinhammer is the Chief Financial Officer for Enterprise Diversified, Inc. and works closely with all of our subsidiaries as part of the financial reporting process. Ms. Kleinhammer holds an active CPA license in the state of Virginia and has multiple years of experience working in the public accounting sector. Ms. Kleinhammer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Jessica L. Greer
Vice President and Chief of Staff
Mrs. Greer is the Vice President and Chief of Staff for Enterprise Diversified, Inc. as well as corporate secretary. Mrs. Greer is the Vice President of ENDI’s wholly owned asset management subsidiary, Willow Oak Asset Management, LLC. She leads the Fund Management Services division, offering operational and investor relations support to the funds on the Willow Oak platform. She serves on the Advisory Committee of the Anne Arundel County Board of Education in Maryland. Previously, Mrs. Greer served in various management, development, and fundraising roles for a public policy group in Washington, DC, as well as leadership roles on small non-profit boards. Mrs. Greer is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland.
Ms. Sanchez is the Executive Administrator for Enterprise Diversified, Inc. and a Director for Willow Oak Asset Management, LLC. Previously, Ms. Sanchez worked in a variety of fields including hedge fund operations, higher education, science and research, and performance assessment. Ms. Sanchez is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she studied English and linguistics.
Mr. Ison is an accountant for Enterprise Diversified, Inc. and manages operations and accounting for our subsidiaries. Previously, Mr. Ison served in multiple operations and weapons of mass destruction defense positions in the United States Army. He is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, exiting the service in 2016 as a Staff Sergeant. He attended the University of Kentucky, and is a graduate of American Military University, where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
Mary Katherine LaCroix
Vice President of Operations
Mrs. LaCroix is the Vice President of Operations for the corporate entity and its subsidiaries. Previously, she served in management and fundraising roles for a variety of organizations in the public policy, higher education, and social service sectors. Mrs. LaCroix has also served in a volunteer leadership capacity with small nonprofit organizations focused on health care and supporting the special needs community. She is a graduate of the University of Scranton.
